It is not uncommon to experience times in our lives when we are troubled by personal challenges, such as relationship conflict, feelings of depression and anxiety, or even feeling trapped and discouraged with situations that we can’t seem to change. Sometimes these difficulties can effect our professional lives or the relationships we hold most dear. Seeking help from a psychologist is often the first step in making a productive and healthy change.
I am a licensed psychologist in Pasadena, California where I provide psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents. Many of my clients focus on relationships, depression, trauma, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and bereavement, issues of spirituality, fertility issues, and cross cultural adjustment. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide Fitness for Duty evaluations; and psychological screenings for Egg/Sperm Donors and Surrogate Candidates. I offer my expertise as a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience and a Past President of the Award Winning San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association (SGVPA). Honored to be the recipient of the Distinguished Member for SGVPA in 2017, I am also a past Board Member for the California Psychological Association and Los Angeles County Psychological Associations. I currently hold memberships in the California Psychological Association, the San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
